September General Meeting
- Nominating Committee began process.
October General Meeting (Oct. 15, 2025)
- Nominating Committee reads the slate of candidates aloud.

Notice of November General Meeting
- Secretary includes the slate with the November meeting notice sent to all Civic Organizations.
By November 1, 2025
- Each candidate provides a brief biography to the Secretary. (via elections@vbcco.org, or via in person, or via US Post Office)
By November 3, 2025
- Secretary posts all candidate biographies on the VBCCO website.
Week of November 10, 2025
- Secretary distributes notice to each Civic Organization in good standing listing the names of their Voting Representatives who are eligible to vote.
Before November 19, 2025
- Secretary prepares the official ballot containing only the names of nominees (no write-ins permitted).
- President designates two witnesses to oversee ballot counting.
November 19, 2025 – Election Day
- Secretary (or designee) verifies Voting Representatives at check-in.
- Ballots distributed and collected.
- Secretary tallies votes under witness supervision.
- Results announced immediately at the meeting.
- Written copy of results prepared for distribution prior to the next General Meeting.
