About this event
The monthly VBCCO membership meeting will take place on February 19, 2025.
Our Guest Speaker will be Kevin Kemp, the City of Virginia Beach Planning Department’s Zoning Administrator. The Zoning Administrator is responsible for supervising the Zoning Division, and is responsible for interpreting and enforcing the City Zoning Ordinance.
Kevin will give a presentation on “by-right” zoning versus “discretionary” zoning and answer questions about the Zoning Ordinances.
Come out and meet other Civic Organization leaders, learn something new about City Government and help your neighborhood become educated in City affairs.
